What Is Play To Learn?

Play To Learn is a realistic play environment that is ran by licensed early childcare professionals with CPR and First Aid certifications. We offer high quality care and early education in a bright, safe, loving, and nurturing environment. Play To Learn focuses on the growth and learning with children from birth to 6 years old. We focus on 5 areas of development which are: Social, Language, Emotional, Cognitive, and Physical. Our program believes that children are thinkers reflecting about their world. They gain knowledge by building on a path of ever increasing knowledge and learn through the process of their efforts. Purposeful play is how children are encouraged to learn. We believe that early learning is relationship based. Playing reduces stress and it develops important skills like their cognitive skills, social skills, literacy , and much more. Our fundamental goal is to establish trusting relationships among children, teachers, and parents. Carefully constructed early education experiences promote exploration, critical thinking, cooperative play, and the development of mutual respect. Our mission is to support families by sharing information and resources with the community to make a positive difference in the lives of families. Our program strongly focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion for families and staff.
